Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by participant

• 7+ days before cohort start: Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• 3–6 days before cohort start: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before cohort start or after the programme begins: No refund.

2. Transfer to a future cohort

Participants may request a one-time transfer to the next available cohort up to 72 hours before the start date, subject to seat availability.

3. Cancellation by Psych Residency

If we cancel or postpone a cohort for reasons within our control, registered participants will be offered a full refund or a seat in the next cohort — at their choice.

4. How to request a refund

Email residency@psychdesk.in with your registration details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-refundable items

Downloaded resources, completed sessions, and any early-bird discounts already redeemed are non-refundable.
